Orders and Deposits:
Please send us an e-mail or call if you are interested in purchasing an animal, as our geckos are sold on a first come, first serve basis. We will hold an animal for up to 7 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit. With payment in full, we will hold an animal up to 30 days. All orders canceled after the deposit or full payment has been received will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to hold a gecko as long as needed if we feel shipping conditions are not favorable.
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We will also accept payment via Western Union or Personal Check (Will take 10-12 days to clear). Please make all personal checks out to Brittney Gougeon. When you make your payment, please provide us with your shipping address, zip code and phone number.
Shipping:
As soon as your payment has cleared, we will set up a date to ship your gecko(s). We currently ship all of our animals through FEDEX Overnight to arrive by 10:30 a.m. the following morning. Shipping rates vary per location. Please contact us with your address and zip code for an accurate shipping quote. Most rates are below $50 for overnight delivery to your door.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers with orders over $500. We will do everything we can to ensure that your gecko arrives safely and that the journey is as stress free as possible.
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee our animals to be as described and 100% healthy and feeding at the time they are shipped. We want to make sure you are pleased with your purchase, so please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions that you may have. Because our guarantee ends 72 hours after delivery, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase as soon as possible.
Live arrival is guaranteed under the following conditions:
1) The buyer must be present and sign upon arrival of the gecko(s) on the first delivery attempt.
2) There must be someone 18 or older home to accept the delivery.
Leopard Geckos are temperature sex determined. We will guarentee the sex of our geckos when marked as visually sexed on our available page.
Important Information:
- You must be 18 or older or have parental permission to purchase an animal from South Bay Geckos.
- You must be able to sign for your animal(s) on the first delivery attempt.
- We cannot be held responsible for carrier related tragedies.
- Refunds/exchanges are made at our discretion on a case by case basis.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
